Thank you for your continued patience and support while we work through the extensive logistics it will take to recover from this fire. Several staff were greatly affected and we’re still coordinating with volunteers who are helping arrange food, lodging, transportation, and personal resources for these employees. Once we have more information on what would be most helpful for them, we’ll post a link.
For guests with upcoming reservations: please make alternate lodging arrangements. Several area lodgers have made special offers for guests in need of new reservations, and Destination Door County is graciously coordinating assistance. Please contact DDC directly if you need help finding new lodging. We’ll post more information on this shortly.
All of our administrative offices were lost in the fire, which means we have no power, internet, phone system, computers, or records on site. We’re working as fast as we can to set up an alternate office space, and as soon as we have an organized system for handling incoming requests we’ll post information. We expect this to be in place by Friday afternoon. In the meantime, please only use the phone number posted for urgent matters so we can make sure not to miss those guests’ needs.
Please also note that the reservation details for our future guests are intact and your reservations will be properly refunded. We know you are anxious to make sure your account will be tended to, and we want to continue to serve you in the best way possible. Thanks again for your patience while we get organized so we can handle all your needs smoothly!
